i enjoyed the onsite restaurant named elsie's daughter, it featured live music. our server was attentive. the food was delicious! the entire place offers much character and has a lovely atmosphere.
the beds felt cheap and lacked proper support, making my sleep uncomfortable.

genuine warmth thoughtful gesture best water pressure soft bedding
The hotel's concierge, diane buckley, gave us a tour with such genuine warmth. diane even brought us tea when we mentioned acid reflux. I loved this thoughtful gesture. the shower had the absolute best water pressure. the bedding felt so soft and new.
i noticed that the car was parked approximately three feet away from our sliding full size sliding doors

The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism, especially diane buckley. Her tour was informative and heartfelt. assistance with our luggage upon arrival was prompt and courteous. she took time to share stories and history.

large bed spacious room
the room was quite spacious and comfortable. the bed was large and i slept very well. The size really impressed me.
The lack of complimentary coffee in the lobby was disappointing. i only had the coffee available in the room. It wasn't the best i've had. there was no coffee, unless you bought it at the coffee bar.

themed room helpful concierge detailed list
i found the themed room to be immediately excellent it had a lovely design. diane, the concierge, was very helpful in providing detailed lists of activities. she even gave a personal tour and explained the history and offerings of the facility. i appreciated her assistance greatly .
i thought the walls were thin i could hear conversations from the neighboring room. parking was limited and not included in the room price.

the room had high-quality marble and brass features in the bathroom. it was very clean and offered ample space for relaxation outside of the bed area. i found the attention to detail quite excellent within the space.

poor location parking nightmare
the room was VERY clean. it met my expectations.
The location proved SUBOPTIMAL. finding a parking spot was a NIGHTMARE. there was no convenient dining nearby. It was a MAJOR inconvenience. this aspect significantly detracted from the overall experience. The hotel MUST address parking issues immediately.
